Waitlist and enquiries
We store your email address, optionally your name, country, language, the chosen model or purpose, the time of sign-up and confirmation and the version of the consent text. Purpose: to notify you when the model is available, or to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not ask for health data, do not pass anything on to third parties and do not link the list to the iSAP Health app. Unconfirmed entries are deleted after 7 days, confirmed ones when you withdraw or the purpose is fulfilled. You can delete your entry at any time via the link in every email.
Orders
For an order we process your email address, name, delivery address, optionally your phone number for the courier, the items ordered, prices and the payment status. The purpose is to perform the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); invoice and accounting records are kept for as long as commercial and tax law require (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Payment runs through iSAP.Wallet: the wallet receives the order number, amount and items, not your address. The delivery service receives your name, address and, if given, your phone number. For unpaid orders we delete your personal details after 30 days. The cart is kept only in your browser; a necessary cookie ("isap_care_order") takes you back to your order after payment for 30 days.
Cookies and consent
A necessary cookie ("isap_care_consent") stores your choice for 180 days; if you pick a language, another one ("isap_care_lang") remembers it for a year. Statistics (Google Analytics) and marketing (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) are used only with your consent and never on the /clinic and /hospital pages. After a purchase, with this consent, we report only the order number, amount and currency to these services (ad measurement), never your name, address or items; no ad tags load on cart, checkout or order pages. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings".
Server logs
When you open the site, our server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page) to deliver and secure the site.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority. Write to hello@isap.care.
